Physically, Darcy hails from Alberta, Canada, where he graduated from the Alberta College of Art and Design (1995). Metaphysically, no one is quite sure. For evidence of this, see this website and the characters Darcy brings to life. While Toronto’s gritty (and not so gritty) streets serve as his base of operations and inspiration, Darcy clearly comes from another planet.
