Things have been a little up and down lately but one thing I have been enjoying is the figure drawing sessions at the Gladstone Hotel. Twenty, or so, people cram themselves into a tiny little room in this historic hotel that has been running these sessions for thirty some years now. As the model moves through a series of well articulated poses, the people in the room explore and record the gestures, contours, and falling light, on the model.
